According to Hobbes, the state of nature is a condition of constant war and conflict, where individuals are in a state of competition and mutual distrust. In this state, there is no common power to keep people in check, leading to a "war of all against all." Hobbes believed that in order to escape this state of nature, individuals must enter into a social contract and form a sovereign authority to maintain order and prevent chaos. This sovereign authority, according to Hobbes, should have absolute power to ensure peace and stability in society. **

The initial instruction in the gastronomy according to the Infection Protection Act is to implement measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including proper hygiene practices, regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, and ensuring physical distancing among customers and staff. Additionally, gastronomy establishments are required to keep records of customer contact information for contact tracing purposes. These measures are aimed at protecting public health and preventing the transmission of infectious diseases within gastronomy settings. **

According to Hobbes, human nature is inherently selfish and driven by a desire for power and self-preservation. He believed that in a state of nature, without a governing authority, humans would be in a constant state of war and conflict. On the other hand, Rousseau believed that human nature is essentially good and compassionate, but is corrupted by society and civilization. He argued that in a state of nature, humans were peaceful and cooperative, but the development of society led to inequality and competition. **

The numbering is done according to the DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) standard. DIN is the German Institute for Standardization and is responsible for developing and maintaining technical standards in Germany. The Duden is a German dictionary and reference work for the German language, but it does not have a standard for numbering. Therefore, the numbering in this context is based on the DIN standard. **

Ferdinand de Saussure, a Swiss linguist, proposed the concept of the linguistic sign as a fundamental unit of language. According to Saussure, the linguistic sign is composed of two inseparable parts: the signifier (the form of the word or sound pattern) and the signified (the concept or meaning associated with the signifier). He argued that the relationship between the signifier and the signified is arbitrary and conventional, meaning that there is no inherent connection between the two. This theory laid the foundation for structuralism in linguistics and emphasized the importance of understanding language as a system of signs. **

While humans are inherently part of the natural world, our behaviors, beliefs, and practices are largely shaped by the societies we live in. Culture can be seen as the nature of man in the sense that it is a fundamental aspect of human existence, shaping our identities and interactions with the world. Ultimately, the relationship between nature and culture is intertwined in shaping the essence of humanity. **

Man is a being of both nature and culture. While humans are inherently a part of the natural world, our ability to create and participate in culture sets us apart from other species. Culture shapes our beliefs, behaviors, and interactions with the world, becoming an essential part of our identity. Therefore, culture can be seen as the nature of man, as it influences and defines our existence in profound ways. **

Culture is not a form of nature, but rather a product of human society. While culture can be influenced by nature and the environment, it is distinct in that it is created, shared, and passed down through generations by humans. Nature refers to the physical world and natural phenomena, while culture encompasses the beliefs, customs, arts, and social behaviors of a particular group of people. **
